Barcelona inspires me

I've been working on my new series, creating more images and more Barcelona places.

My first commission work

My friend Veronique and her friends commissioned me an illustration. It is from their friends Marion and Sam that are going back home in Australia and leaving Barcelona for good. It is my first commission and I feel very touched they asked me to do something special,.... my friend Holly made an illustration of Robert and me when we left San Diego to move back to Barcelona, and it was a great surprise and great gift!!,. It was so emotional and sad saying goodbye to my friends in California I think I cried for a whole day, good bye to 8 years in san Diego, and at the same time the excitement about a new beginning, new adventure, new friends,... and still I miss San Diego and my friends. I hope this illustration holds a piece of Barcelona for them, still I have to go to take a picture of the Born, they favorite neighbourhood and placed it as background. Still not finished!!!!
